Paul Mitchell
Trustee
Paul joined the Board in 2014. He is a retired solicitor. His area of practice was intellectual property, with a particular focus on copyright and publishing. He has been a director of Dancers’ Career Development and a past director of Rambert Dance Company, where he is still a special advisor.
He was Chairman of the British Copyright Council for several years and a Trustee of the Copyright Society of the USA. He is also chair of the Roald Dahl Museum and Story Centre at Great Missenden. In addition, he was for several years an external director of PRS for Music (The Performing Right Society). He is a member of the Fishmongers’ Company and a fellow of the RSA.
